Planning to form a band, looking for a bassist, a drummer, and a guitarist. Male or female. I would want a guitarist who is capable of performing unique guitar riffs, a bassist who is capable of complex funk variations, and a drummer who can handle fast or slow tempos. Just be able to do simple stuff, I am very flexible regarding skill, any amount of years of experience is accepted.. As for me, I am songwriter and a vocalist who sings melodically and provides a "Tool" feel but a rather unique sound if compared.
Searching 4 talented young musicians from ages 15-19.
It would be ideal if they were interested in either Grunge, Metal or Funk or any similar type of music, for, the band will have elements and attributes of these genres.
the band would be inspired by these bands:
Tool
Alice in Chains
LED Z
Porcupine tree
Soundgarden
STP
Helmet
black sabbath
pearl jam and others.........

it would be great if we could become a band and play some shows,. I prefer a musician who is fully committed to the band as i am.

listen to the songs i have posted....
there's one impaticular, called "let me hate you"
i have that drummer available and we're looking for a songwriter to work with.
i play the bass, and also some guitar, (mostly for writing)
if you like what you hear, send e-mail, and i can send more mp3's of oher songs so
you can get a better idea.
we can also use any and all of the songs in my book for this band...

We have an unusual situation. We have a friend, in Wales, that is currently a rock musician in a band. He is being recruited by another band but his goal is to move out here. We support his goal and would like to help him accomplish his goals. He is very talented and extremely marketable. We’re just looking for the right opportunity. He attends the university in Wales and will complete his studies in May. Currently, he is coming to LA at the end of June. He is a metal guitarist and very serious about his music.
